摘要(Abstract)：

目的:研究分析闭孔无张力阴道吊带术(TVT-O)治疗压力性尿失禁(SUI)的临床疗效。方法:SUI患者26例,分为治疗组(TVT-O手术)和对照组(尿道折叠缝合术),观察并比较2组患者手术效果。结果:3月随访,治疗组和对照组均未复发;术后随访2年,12例治疗组患者,11例未再发生溢尿,1例有轻微的尿失禁发生,14例对照组患者,5例发生再溢尿,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P=0.02);治疗组手术时间(P=0.00)和出血量(P=0.00)少于对照组。结论:TVT-O治疗SUI临床疗效优于尿道叠缝合术。
Objective: To explore the clinical effect of tension-free vaginal tape obturator system( TVT-O) operation in treating stress urinary incontinence( SUI). Methods: TVT-O operation were performed in 12 patients with stress urinary incontinence( treatment group),14 same patients( control group) accepted urethra suture. Clinical effect was compared. Results: During the 3 months' follow-up period,no recurrence was observed in the two group. after operation. 2 years after operation,11 of 12 patients were cured in TVT-O group,1 patient had mild urinary incontinence; in urethra suture group,9 patients had no symptom and 5 patients had SUI recurrence. Operation time and bleed volume in TVT-O group were lower than urethra suture group. Conclusion: Both TVT-O and urethra suture were effective in treating SUI,while TVT-O had less operation time,bleed volume and long term recurrence rate.
