摘要(Abstract)：

目的:了解遵义市中学生家庭功能和生活质量的现状并分析两者的相关性。方法:采用基本情况调查表、儿童青少年生活质量量表以及家庭功能量表对遵义市1 872名中学生进行问卷调查,运用描述性统计了解其家庭功能和生活质量的现状,运用相关分析法探讨中学生家庭功能与生活质量之间的关系。结果:家庭功能量表总分为(1.83±0.35)分,儿童少年生活质量量表中13个维度的平均总分为(2.59±0.32)分;家庭功能量表各维度得分和总分与儿童少年生活质量量表各维度得分和总分呈负相关,差异有统计学意义,(P<0.05)。结论:遵义市中学生的家庭功能和生活质量偏低,且家庭功能和生活质量有显著的相关性。
Objective: To understand the status quo of family function and quality of life of middle school students in Zunyi and analyze the correlation between them. Methods: A questionnaire survey was conducted among 1872 middle school students in Zunyi City by using the Basic Situation Questionnaire,the Quality of Life Scale for Children and Adolescents and the Family Function Scale. Descriptive statistics were used to understand the status of their family functions and quality of life,and correlation analysis was used to explore the relationship between their family functions and quality of life. Results: The total score of Family Function Scale was(1.83±0.35). The average total score of 13 dimensions in the QOL was(2.59 ±0.32). The scores and total scores of each dimension of the Family Function Scale were correlated with the scores and total scores of each dimension of the QOL(P<0.05). Conclusion: The family function and quality of life of middle school students affected by AIDS in Zunyi City are low,and there is a significant correlation between family function and quality of life.
