穴位埋线对血管性痴呆大鼠学习记忆能力和Bcl-2表达的影响Influence of Point Thread Embedding on Learning Ability,Memory Ability and Expression of Bcl-2 in the Vascular Dementia Model Rats

摘要(Abstract):
目的:探讨穴位埋线对血管性痴呆(VD)大鼠学习记忆的影响及可能的机制。方法:改良Pulsinel-li’s四血管阻断法建立血管性痴呆大鼠模型。造模后给予穴位埋线,用水迷宫检测学习记忆能力,免疫组织化学观察海马Bcl-2的表达。结果:穴位埋线后VD大鼠学习记忆能力明显提高,海马齿状回Bcl-2表达增强。结论:穴位埋线改善VD大鼠的学习记忆能力,可能与上调海马Bcl-2的表达、保护缺血后海马神经元有关。
Objective:To investigate the effects of point thread embedding on the learning ability and memory of the vascular dementia(VD)model rats and its possible mechanisms.Methods:VD animal models were established in rats by employing improved method of Pulsinelli's four-vessel occlusion.After establishment of the model,the rats were treated with point thread embedding.Morris miaze test was then used to evaluate the learning ability and memory.Immunohistochemistry method was employed to observe the expressions of Bcl-2 in the hippocampus.Results:The learning ability and memory of the treated rats were enhanced significantly,and the expression of Bcl-2 in the dentate gyrus(DG)of the hippocampus increased.Conclusion:Point thread embedding enhances the learning ability and memory of the VD model rats,possibly by increasing the expression of Bcl-2 in the hippocampus and protecting neurons in the hippocampus following ischemia.
