摘要(Abstract)：

本文以四个Gram-Charlier级数为数学模型,用Marquardt非线性最小二乘法估计参数,在计算机上将血糖的混杂样本剖析为四个样本,并由此制订参考值,所得结果与同一检验室利用正常人数据制订的参考值吻合。
In this paper, basing on the mathematical model of four Gram- Charlier Series, we present: (l)the marquardt's nonlinear least square dissecting method; (2) a systematic computerized program for the dissection of mixed samples, the determination of reference values; and the estimation of false-negative percentages as well as the rate of mis-di ganosis and false-diagnosis. we dissected the mixed samples of serum glucoase, and the result obtained from the clinical trial was in agreement with the result obtained from the trial of normal people. The result is relidble and the method is applicable in clinical practice.
