芦笋对内源性亚硝胺中毒大鼠的保护作用The Protecting Effect of Asparagus on the Rat Poisoned by Intrinsic Nitrosamine

摘要(Abstract):
对芦笋抗内源性亚硝胺中毒的作用及其机制进行了研究。结果表明:芦笋组大鼠体重增长明显大于对照组,实验期间大鼠死亡率为零而对照组大鼠死亡率达30%;与对照组比较、芦笋组大鼠血清SGPT水平较低,而红细胞SOD活力较高,血浆MDA水平较低,差异均具有显著性(P<0.05,P<0.01)。肝脏形态学检查可见芦笋组大鼠病变明显轻于对照组。表明芦笋具有明显的对抗亚硝胺中毒的作用
Sixty SD rats were divided into control and saparagus groups randonly, All the rats eated the food containing aminopyrine and sodium nitrous.The experimental period was 20 weeks.The results showed that the weight of body in asparagus was much higher than the one in control,the death rate in the rats of asparagus was nought and the one in the rats of control was 30%.Com pared with control,the content of serum Glutamic-pyruvic Transaminase(SGPT)and plasma Malondialdehyde(MDA)were lower and the content of RBC Superoxide Dismutase (SOD)was higher in asparagus.The damage of liver in control was more marked than one in asparagus and showed unusual cell change.These studies suggest that asparagus officinalis linn has the protecting effect on the rats poisoned by intrinsic nitrosamine,which can enhance the content of RBC SOD and prevent the liver cell injured by Lipid Peroxides(LPO).
