摘要(Abstract)：

目的:探讨腹水肿瘤标志物对鉴别良恶性腹水的诊断价值。方法:185例腹水病例,恶性组91例,良性组94例,采用放射免疫方法检测腹水肿瘤标志物。结果:AFP、CEA、cA199、CA153、CA242在良恶性腹水中有显著差异(P<0.05),而FER、CA125在两组间无显著差异,但当CA125≥500 U/ml时对恶性腹水仍有诊断价值。结论:腹水肿瘤标志物AFP、CEA、CA199、CA125、CA153、CA242的联合检测有助于腹水良恶性的鉴别。
Objective: To explore the diagnostic value of ascites tumor markers(AFP,FER,CEA,CA199,CA125,CA153,and CA242)in identifying benign and malignant ascites.Methods: AFP,FER,CEA,CA199,CA125,CA153,and CA242 in ascites of 91 patients with malignant ascites and 94 patients with benign ascites were tested respectively.Results: AFP,CEA,CA199,CA153,and CA242 levels in malignant ascites were higher than those in benign ascites(P<0.05),no notable difference was found in FER and CA125 levels between malignant and benign ascites,but determination of CA125 level was still helpful for diagnosis of malignant ascites when CA125≥500 U/ml.Combined determination of AFP,FER,CEA,CA199,CA125,CA153,and CA242 in ascites could enhance sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of malignant ascites diagnosis.Conclusions: Combined detection of tumor markers(AFP,FER,CEA,CA199,CA125,CA153,and CA242) is helpful for distinction of malignant and benign ascites.
