云南汉族人群中miRNAs基因多态性与HCV慢性感染相关性研究

摘要(Abstract):

目的:探讨云南汉族人群中microRNAs(miRNAs)基因多态性与HCV慢性感染的相关性。方法:选取云南汉族人群HCV慢性感染者384例,健康对照人群379例,采用Taq Man探针基因分型方法对4个miRNAs的SNPs(miR196a2中的rs11614913、miR146a中的rs2910164、miR26a1中的rs7372209以及miR124a中的rs531564)进行基因分型,比较这4个SNPs位点基因型和等位基因频率在病例组和对照组中的分布,分析这4个SNPs与HCV慢性感染的相关性。结果 :rs11614913(C>T)、rs2910164(C>G)、rs7372209(T>C)、rs531564(C>G)4个SNPs位点的基因型频率和等位基因频率在病例组与对照组中的分布差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:miR196a2中的rs11614913、miR146a中的rs2910164、miR26a1中的rs7372209以及miR124中的rs531564与云南汉族人群HCV慢性感染无相关性。
Objective: To investigate the association between microRNAs( miRNAs) gene polymorphism and chronic HCV infection of Han population in Yunnan province. Methods: 384 HCV chronic infectious patients and 379 healthy individuals of Chinese Han in Yunnan province were recruited in this study. Taq Man Assay was used to genotype four single nucleotide polymorphisms( SNPs) of rs11614913 in miR-196 a2,rs2910164 in miR-146 a,rs7372209 in miR-26 a1,rs531564 in miR-124 gene. The allelic and genotypic frequencies in HCV infection group and healthy control group were calculated to analyze the association between these 4 SNPs and HCV chronic infection. Results: There were no statistically significant differences in the frequencies of allele and genotype of rs11614913( C >T),rs2910164( C > G),rs7372209( T > C),rs531564( C > G) between HCV infection group and healthy control group( P > 0. 05). Conclusion: rs11614913( C > T) in miR196 a2,rs2910164( C > G)in miR146 a,rs7372209( T > C) in miR26 a1 and rs531564( C > G) in miR124 are not associated with HCV chronic infection in Han population of Yunnan province.
