摘要(Abstract)：

分析了近１０年内本院手术切除的大肠癌标本３０１例，从中抽取３１例用原子吸收分光光度计检测癌组织与远离癌的肠粘膜中Ｃｕ、Ｚｎ、Ｆｅ、Ｍｎ、Ｎｉ等微量元素含量，发现病程长者Ｚｎ、Ｎｉ含量降低，隆起缩窄型者锌含量低于溃疡型，癌肿位于结肠者Ｆｅ含量较位于直肠者为低。
The pathological features of 301 cases of colon carcinoma were studied.Besides, the quantities of trace elements in the cancerous tissue and the mucosa beyond the site of cancer were measured in 31 cases by flameless atomic absorption spectrophotomeetry. The results showed that the levels of Zn2+and Ni+ of the cancerous tissue in the patients with longer course were lower than in those with shorter course, and were lower in the bulging and strecturing types than in the ulcerating type. The levels of Fe2+ in the colonic tissue were lower than in the rectal tissue.
