摘要(Abstract):
<正>近年来,心力衰竭(heart failure,HF)的发生率及致死率呈逐年上升趋势。HF是绝大多数心血管系统疾病的共同终末阶段,而心肌重塑(myocardial remodeling,MR)是其关键病理因素。MR是为了维持正常输出,心脏在应对压力负荷时的一种适应性反应,其主要病理表现为心肌肥厚、纤维化及电传导信号异常等,最终导致心衰发生。目前认为肾素
