家兔去神经肾脏与完整肾脏肾功能的比较

摘要(Abstract):
本文实验用兔17支,分为两组,对照组8支,实验组9支。所用的实验方法是去除一侧肾神经,待动物恢复健康后观察其肾功能。去神经侧的肾脏,尿分泌显著增加,但对水份的重吸收、肾有效血浆流量与滤过分数无显著改变,而肾小球滤过率显著增加。
