2079名医护人员职业倦怠的现况研究

摘要(Abstract):

目的:探讨医护人员职业倦怠的现状及与人口学特征的关系。方法:采用自行设计的一般资料问卷和Maslach职业倦怠量表对2 079名医护人员进行调查,用方差分析对其职业倦怠维度和个人成就感维度进行统计处理。结果:2 079名医护人员中,情感耗竭处于轻度、中度和重度比例分别为37.8%、50.9%和11.2%,个人成就感低度、中度和高度的分布分别1.8%、51.8%和46.4%;不同年龄、受教育程度和职称与职业倦怠之间存在差异,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同的医院等级对医护人员的个人成就感维度有统计学差异(P<0.05),医院等级越高,医护人员个人成就感就越高。结论:贵州省医护人员职业倦怠现象已经不容忽视,应引起有关决策部门的高度重视。
Objective: To explore current occupation lassitude(OL) situation of 2079 medical staffs,and to analyze its possible relationship with demographic characteristics.Methods: Self-designed questionnaire and Maslach Lassitude Inventory(MBI) were adopted in the survey.Data were processed by variance analysis.Results: In general,the rates of slight,moderate and severe OL were respectively 37.8%,50.9% and 11.2%,and the distribution of slight,moderate and severe personal achievements were 1.8%,51.8% and 46.4%.There were significant differences of OL rates related with demographic variables such as age,education background,and professional title(P<0.05),and there was significance difference(P<0.05) between feeling of personal achievements and hospital grade.That is,the higher the hospital level was,the more the personal achievement feeling o-ccurred.Conclusions: Generally,OL of medical staffs can not be ignored,and higher attention should be paid by decision-making section.
