摘要(Abstract)：

利用硫酸庆大霉素具有旋光的特性,应用自动旋光仪测定硫酸庆大霉素注射液和眼药水的含量。结果注射液和眼药水平均回收率分别为99.44％和99.27％,变异系数分别为0.3％和0.71％。本法与比色法比较;测定结果基本一致(P>0.05),且操作简便、迅速,样品无需特殊处理,有一定的实用价值。
The contents of gentamycin sulfate injection and eye-drops were assayed by automatic photoelectric polarimeter in the light of its optical ratation. The results showed that the mean recovery rates were 99.44％ and 99.27％, and the coefficients of variation were 0.3％ and 0.71％ respectively. Comparing the result of assaying gentamicin sulfate injection by polarimetry with that by colorimetry, there was no significant difference (P>0.05). The study suggested that the polarimetry might be simpler and quicker than the colorimetric or antibiotic assay for determining both preparations, and the samples didn't need to be handled specifically.
