褪黑素受体MT1在视网膜母细胞瘤中的表达及临床意义The Expression and Clinical Significance of Melatonin Receptor MT1 in Retinoblastoma

摘要(Abstract):
目的:探讨褪黑素受体MT1在视网膜母细胞瘤(RB)中的表达及临床意义。方法:用免疫组化SP法检测MT1在49例RB组织和20例正常视网膜组织中的表达,分析MT1的表达水平与RB临床分期、细胞分化程度及是否浸润神经组织的关系。结果:MT1在RB中的表达明显高于正常视网膜组织(P<0.01),MT1在RB临床Ⅰ期的表达低于临床Ⅱ和Ⅲ期、在未分化RB组织中的表达高于分化组织、在浸润神经组织的表达高于未浸润神经组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);而MT1表达与性别无关(P>0.05)。结论:MT1高表达与RB的发生发展有关。
Objective: To explore the expression of melatonin receptor( MT1) in retinoblastoma( RB) and its clinical significance. Methods: SP of immunohistochemistry was adopted to detect the expression of melatonin receptor( MT1) in retinoblastoma( 49 cases) and normal retina tissue( 20 cases). The relationship between the expression of MT1 in retinoblastoma and its clinical and pathologic features were analyzed. Results: The positive expression level of MT1 in retinoblastoma cases was obviously higher than in normal retina tissue cases( P < 0. 01). The positive expression rate of MT1 in clinical stage Ⅰ cases was lower than in clinical stage Ⅱand Ⅲ cases( P < 0. 01); The expression of MT1 in undifferentiated RB tissue was higher than in differentiated tissue while higher in invasive nerve tissue than in non-invasive nerve tissue,and the differences showed statistical significance( P <0. 01). However,there was no significant difference in MT1 expression between male and female( P >0. 05). Conclusion: Melatonin receptor is related to the occurrence and development of retinoblastoma.
