不同龄大鼠大脑皮层及脑干一氧化氮合酶活性比较
A Comparative Study on the Activity of NOS in Cerebral Cortex and Brain Stem of Rats at 3 Different Developing Stages

摘要(Abstract):

目的:探讨不同龄大鼠大脑皮层及脑干组织中一氧化氮合酶(NOS)活性变化。方法:采试剂盒法测定3月龄、12月龄和18月龄组Wistar大鼠大脑皮层及脑干中NOS活性。结果:老龄组(18月龄)大鼠大脑NOS活性为(44.96±7.11)noml·g~(-1)/min,明显高于3月龄和12月龄组(38.65±7.23,39.53±8.26)nmol·g~(-1)/min,P<0.01,后二组的NOS活性无显著差异,P>0.05;而老龄组(18月龄)大鼠脑干NOS活性为(45.84±7.53)nmol·g~(-1)/min,明显高于3月龄和12月个龄组(38.68±7.81)nmol·g~(-1)/min,(32.13±6.26)nmol·g~(-1)/min,P<0.01;12月龄的NOS活性也明显高于3月龄组,P<0.05。结论:大鼠脑中NOS活性随年龄而增高,但不同部位增高的时间段有所差异。
Objective; To investigate the changes of nitric oxide synthase (NOS) activities in brain cortex and brain stem of rats along with the increase of rat age. Methods: Experimental rats were divided into 3 groups: developing period (3 months of age, DVP) , autumn period (12 months of age, ATP) , and aging period (18 months of age, AGP). The neuronal NOS activities in the brain cortex and brain stem of them were determined with reagent kit. Results: In AGP group, the NOS activity was 44. 96 ±7. 11 nmol/min · g-1 in brain cortex, and was higher than those of DVP and ATP groups (38. 56 ± 7. 23 nmol/min · g-1, and 39. 53 ± 8. 26 nmol/min · g-1, P < 0. 01). There was no difference between NOS activities in brain cortex of DVP and ATP groups (P > 0. 05 ) . The NOS activities in brain stem of AGP group was 45. 84 ±7. 53 nmol/min· g-1, and it was significantly higher than those of DVP and ATP groups (32. 13 ±6. 26, and 38. 68 ±7. 81 nmol/min · g-1, P <0. 01). There was significant difference between the latter 2 data ( P < 0. 05 ). Conclusions: The NOS activities in rat brain are increasing with aging, but there are distinguishing differences in regions.
