PAP法观察人胎甲状腺C细胞Observation of C Cells in the Human Fetal Thyroid by PAP Method

摘要(Abstract):
9例胎儿甲状腺,取自13~38周胎龄,用PAP免疫组化方法研究C细胞的分布、位置和形态。C细胞主要分布于甲状腺两侧叶的后上区城,常单个分散存在。人胎C细胞居不同位置,有滤泡内位、滤泡旁位和滤泡间位,以滤泡内位为主。有三型C细胞见于胎儿期:(1)圆形或卵圆形,(2)多边形或梭形以 (3)具一胞质突的大胞体细胞。
Thyroid glands of nine human fetuses, 13-38 weeks in gestational age were obtained to study the distribution, position and morphology of C cell by PAP method. The C cells distributed mainly in the postero-superior region of both lateral lobes. They usually occurred singly. C cells of human fetuses were found in different positions described as intra-,para-,and inter-follicular positions. They situated predominantly in the follicular wall(intra-follicular position). Three various morphological C cells were found in the fetal phase: (1) round or oval cell, (2) polygonal or fusiform cell, (3) large bodied cell with a plasmic process. The C cell follicle occasionaly appeared in the newborn infant.
