摘要(Abstract)：

为了解儿童健康状况及医疗服务需求，在贵阳市进行了一次儿童健康询问调查，利用Ｌｏｇｉｓｔｉｃ回归模型对儿童两周患病情况及其影响因素进行分析。结果表明：儿童两周患病率是２１６％。影响儿童两周患病的主要因素是：父亲教育程度、父亲年龄、儿童性别、父亲两周患病和就诊，母亲两周患病和就诊、儿童居住区域。
n order to understand children's health status and demand of health services,a sample household health interview survey was conducted in Guiyang.Logistic regression model was used to analyze prevalence rate within 2 weeks for community's children and its risk factors.The results indicated that prevalence rate within 2 weeks was 216%.The main factors relative to illness were father's age and education,children's sex,father and mother's illness and seeking medical care,family's address.
