摘要(Abstract)：

对171例早孕妇女进行米非司酮配伍不同药物终止早孕的比较研究,A 组77例,用米非司酮配伍卡前列甲酯(PG 0.5);B 组94例,用米非司酮配伍米索前列醇。结果:A 组的完全流产率为81.8%,B 组为93.6%,P<0.05。总的剖宫率和有效流产时间两组无显著差异,提示米非司酮配伍米索前列醇的抗早孕效果优于配伍卡前列甲酯。
The article studied the comparison on ending early pregnancy by using compatibility of mifepristone with different medicines to one hundred and seventy-one early-pregnant women.77 cases in group A used compatibility of mifepristone and carboprost methylate and 94 cases in group B used compatibility of mifepristone and misoprostol.The result:the complete abortion rate between group A and group B was 81.8% and 93.6%,P<0.05,there was no remarkable difference on the whole di- latation and curettage(D.and C.)rate and the effective time between the two groups.The con- clusion:anti-early-pregnancy result of compatibility of mifepristone and misoprostol was better than of mifepristone and carboprost methylate.
