无托槽隐形矫治技术远中移动上颌磨牙对骨性Ⅰ类及Ⅱ类错(牙合)畸形的疗效
Efficacy of invisible bracketless technique on distally moving maxillary molars over classⅠand Ⅱ malocclusion deformity

摘要(Abstract):

目的 探讨无托槽隐形矫治技术远中移动上颌磨牙对骨性Ⅰ类、Ⅱ类错(牙合)畸形患者的治疗效果。方法 67例骨性Ⅰ类及Ⅱ类错(牙合)畸形患者均采用无托槽隐形矫治技术远中移动上颌磨牙的方式进行正畸治疗,于治疗前及治疗后采用头颅位锥形束CT检测6项骨性指标(SNA角、0SNB角、ANB角、SN-MP角、PP-MP角及PP平面)、8项矢状位指标(17mcPTV、17ccPTV、17praPTV、17vmraPTV、16mcPTV、16ccPTV、16praPTV及16vmraPTV)、8项垂直向指标(17mcPP、17ccPP、17praPP、17vmraPP、16mcPP、16ccPP、16praPP及16vmraPP)及3项倾斜度指标(17PP、16PP及11PP),评价正畸治疗的效果。结果 治疗后,患者的骨性指标与治疗前比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);与治疗前比较,治疗后患者矢状向指标中17mcPTV、17ccPTV、17praPTV、17vmraPTV、16mcPTV、16ccPTV、16praPTV、16vmraPTV测定值均降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与治疗前比较,治疗后患者垂直向指标中17mcPP、17ccPP和16mcPP、16ccPP测定值均降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与治疗前比较,治疗后患者倾斜度指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 无托槽隐形矫治技术远中移动上颌磨牙纠正骨性Ⅰ类、Ⅱ类错(牙合)畸形效果显著,可显著改善矢状向参数。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of invisible bracketless technique on distally moving maxillary molars on patients with Class Ⅰ and ClassⅡ malocclusion. Methods 67 patients with osseous ClassⅠand Ⅱ malocclusion deformity received invisible bracketless technique on distally moving maxillary molars in orthodontic treatment. Before and after treatment, 6 osseous indicators(SNA angle, 0SNB angle, ANB angle, SN-MP angle, PP-MP angle, and PP plane) and 8 sagittal indicators(17mcPTV, 17ccPTV, 17praPTV, 17vmraPTV, 16mcPTV, 16ccPTV, 16praPTV, and 16vmraPTV), 8 vertical indicators(17mcPP, 17ccPP, 17praPP, 17vmraPP, 16mcPP, 16ccPP, 16praPP, and 16vmraPP) and 3 inclination indexes(17PP, 16PP, and 11PP) to evaluate the effect of orthodontic treatment by cranial cone beam CT scan. Results After treatment, there was no statistical significance in osseous indexes compared with before treatment(P>0.05). Compared with before treatment, the sagittal indicators of 17mcPTV, 17ccPTV, 17praPTV, 17vmraPTV, 16mcPTV, 16ccPTV, 16praPTV, and 16vmraPTV decreased significantly after treatment, differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Compared with before treatment, the measured values of 17mcPP, 17ccPP, 16mcPP, and 16ccPP in vertical indexes of patients after treatment were significantly decreased, differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Invisible bracketless technique on distally moving maxillary molars on patients with Class Ⅰ and Class Ⅱ malocclusion showed obvious therapeutical effects and could significantly improve sagittal indexes.
