肇庆市4610例女性HPV感染状况及亚型分布特征

摘要(Abstract):

目的:分析肇庆市4 610例女性人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)的感染及亚型分布情况。方法:收集2014-2018年肇庆市4 610例女性就诊者的宫颈分泌物,采用导流杂交法进行基因分型,观察不同年龄段女性HPV感染分布及感染类型,分析HPV各基因亚型检出率,比较不同年度间HPV阳性检出率。结果:4 610名受检妇女HPV感染阳性检出率20.33%,以单一感染为主(76.52%);≤20岁女性HPV感染阳性检出率最高;除51~60岁年龄段外,其他各年龄段女性与41~50岁女性比较HPV感染的阳性检出率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);21种HPV基因亚型均有检出,检出率最高的前5位亚型是HPV52、16、58、81、53;2014-2018年间受检妇女HPV阳性检出率差异无统计学意义(χ2=3.874,P=0.423)。结论:肇庆市受检妇女HPV感染仅达2成左右,且以单一亚型感染为主,2014-2018年间HPV阳性检出率无差异。
Objective:To investigate the status and distribution of human papillomavirus(HPV) infection and subtypes distribution among female patients in Zhaoqing.Method:Collecting cervical secretion of 4610 patients from 2014 to 2018,adopting conduction hybridization method to test genotyping;observing HPV infection distribution and infection categories of female patients from different age groups,analyzing detection rate of subtypes of HPV,comparing positive detection rate of HPV in different years.Result:The positive detection rate of HPV was 20.33% among 4610 women tested,and the single infection was the main one(76.52%).The detection rate of HPV was the highest in the age group(≤20 years old).Apart from the age group 51 to 60,the difference in positive detection rate of all age groups compared with the 41 to 50 age group were statistically significant(P<0.05 or P<0.01).21 genotypes were detected,and the highest infection rate was HPV52,HPV16,HPV58,HPV81,HPV53.There was no statistical difference in HPV infection rate between 2014 and 2018(χ2= 3.874,P = 0.423).Conclusion:Infect women accounted for 20% of all candidates,and single infection was the main one.There was no difference in HPV positive detection rate from 2014-2018.
