甘草酸盐及右旋糖酐铁对杀虫单急性中毒的解毒作用
Antidotal Effect of Glycyrrhizinate and Dextran on Acute Poisoning of Mice Induced by SCD

摘要(Abstract):

1.用杀虫单200mg/kg给小鼠灌胃染毒引起的急性中毒,采用甘草酸钾钙肌注或甘草酸钾钙、甘草酸镁静注以及甘草酸、阿托品(或东莨菪硷)、戊巴比妥钠联合用药,均具有解救作用。2.用杀虫单30mg/kg肌注染毒引起家兔的急性中毒,静注甘草酸钾钙,可明显减轻中毒症状和降低死亡率。3.对小鼠与大鼠用杀虫单灌胃染毒5min后腹腔注射右旋糖酐铁,对急性中毒都有不同程度的解救作用。
The results of antidotal effect of glycyrrhizinate and dextran iron on acute poisoning induced by monosodium salt of 2-dithylamino-1, 3-bisthiosu- lfo-paprane (SCD) are described. The results indicated: potassium calcium glycyrrhizinate injected intramus- cu arly or intravenoulsy, or magnesium glycyrrhizinate injected intravenously showed an antidotal effect on the mice of acute poisoning which was induced by SCD 200mg/kg with gavage; Combinative application of glycyrrhizinic acid, atropine (or scopolamine) and penbar showed an antidotal effect on the acute poisoning of mice also; Intravenously injected potassium calcium giycy- rrhizinate might relieve the rabbit's symptoms of the acute poisoning which was induced by SCD 30mg/kg intramuscularly and decrease the mortality of the rabbits; Dextran iron injected into abdominal cavalies of mice and rats at five minutes after using SCD by gavage showed an antidotal effect to a different extent on the acute poisoning.
