摘要(Abstract):
本文报道一株自急性阿米巴痢疾病人粪便中分离出来,并建立了与多种肠道菌丛伴生培养的溶组织内阿米巴滋养体对人类和某些哺乳动物红细胞粘附形成机制及影响因素的研究。不同pH、孵育温度及时间对粘附有显著影响。在pH7.2、37℃孵育进行粘附最为有效。而不同的血型以及哺乳动物的不同种类对粘附影响不显著。
In this paper, we report a study on mechanism and the affecting factors of adhesion of E. histolytica trophozoite to human and other mammalian RBC. The strain of E. histolytica trophozoite was separated from the bloody diarrheal stool of a patient with intestinal amebiasis and cultured with several types of intestinal bacteria. Adhesion is very efficient and remarkable, when most of the trophozoites are fixed with RBC at 37℃ incubation, pH7. 2. The adhesion rate depends on incubating time, temperature, and pH,but apparently not on the types of HuRBC and kinds of mammalian RBC. The adhesion is mediated by Con-A-R perhapes to the lectin binding on the surface of RBC. Con-A-R is, nevertheless,on the surface of amoebae and can be inactivited by glutaraldehyde fixation.
