摘要(Abstract)：

目的:观察半月神经节射频热凝对复发型三叉神经痛(TN)的疗效。方法:选择129例TN患者,其中88例为初诊患者(非复发组),41例复发患者(复发组),在数字减影血管造影术(DSA)引导下经皮行穿刺半月节射频热凝手术,比较两组患者入院及术后3 d时的疼痛强度评分(NRS评分)、疗效及并发症。结果:非复发组与复发组入院及术后3 d NRS评分、疗效评价及并发症比较差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:半月神经节射频热凝术治疗复发型三叉神经痛具有较好效果。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of gasserian ganglion radiofrequency thermocoagulation on recurrent trigeminal neuralgia( TN). Methods: Eighty-eight patients newly diagnosed as TN were selected as non-recurrent group and 41 recurrent TN patients served as recurrent group.Patients in both groups underwent percutaneous semilunar ganglion radiofrequency thermocoagulation guided by digital subtraction angiography( DSA). NRS scores,curative effects and complications were recorded and compared between the two groups during admission and 3 days after surgery. Results:There was no significant difference in NRS scores,curative effects and complications between the two groups( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: The gasserian ganglion radiofrequency thermocoagulation is effective in the treatment of recurrent trigeminal neuralgia.
