贵州地区149株临床白念珠菌对抗真菌药物的敏感性A Study on the Sensitivity to Antifungals of 149 Strains of Clinical Candida albicans in Guizhou Province

摘要(Abstract):
目的:探讨贵州地区临床不同来源白念珠菌的25S rDNA基因分型与抗真菌药物敏感性的关系。方法:采用美国临床和实验室标准协会(CLSI)制定的M27-A3方案中的酵母菌微量稀释法,检测贵州地区149株临床白念珠菌对常见抗真菌药物的敏感性。结果:149株白念珠菌均对两性霉素B敏感,对5-氟胞嘧啶、氟康唑的敏感率分别为96.64%和93.96%,而对伊曲康唑的敏感率较低为46.31%;外阴阴道念珠菌病(VVC)来源菌株对伊曲康唑敏感性低于深部组织感染菌株;各25S rDNA基因型别的白念珠菌对4种抗真菌药物的敏感性差异无统计学意义。结论:贵州地区白念菌株对伊曲康唑的敏感性较低,这些不敏感菌株多数来源于外阴阴道念珠菌病,贵州地区白念珠菌25S rDNA基因型别在4种抗真菌药中的耐药率无差别。
Objective: To study the sensitivity to antifungals of Candida albicans from different places of Guizhou and to investigate the relevance between 25 S rDNA types of C. albicans and their drug-resistance. Methods: Susceptibility of 149 strains of clinical C. albicans towards the common antifungal drugs was tested,according to American M27-A3 Protocol from Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute( CLSI),with broth microdilution method,and its relevance with C. Albicans 25 S rDNA types was analyzed. Results: All of the C. albicans strains were sensitive to AMP-B. Among them,the sensitivity rate to 5-FC and fluconazole were 96. 64% and 93. 96%. However,the sensitivity rate to itraconazole was only 46. 31%,and most of the resistant strains were from invasive infection sources( P =0. 000); No significant difference in regard to sensitivity among the different C. albicans genotypes was found. Conclusions: The sensitivity to itraconazole of studied C. albicans strains was relatively low,and most of insensitive strains were from Vulvovaginal candidiasis( VVC) patients. There was no significant difference of drug resistance among different 25 S rDNA genotypes of C. albicans in Guizhou province.
