摘要(Abstract):
本实验主要观察了海人酸破坏杏仁核对原发性高血压大鼠血压的影响。结果发现:1.实验组破坏杏仁核后血压明显低于对照组;2.实验组在破坏杏仁核后的血压低于自身破坏前的血压;3.对照组血压随鼠龄的增加而升高;上述结果提示:杏仁核在原发性高血压大鼠高血压的形成,发展和维持中均起到重要作用;原发性高血压大鼠高血压的形成是一渐进过程。
The present experiments were designed to investigate the influence of amygdala lesions on blood pressure inspontaneously hypertensive rate. The results show that: 1) When compared with control group, the blood pressure was significantly attenuated in the amygdalalesioned SHR;2) The blood pressure after operation was lower than before operation in the amygdala-lesioned SHR; 3)The increase in blood pressure was age-dependent in the control group SHR. These studies indicate that the amygdala complex may play an important role in development and maintenance of SHR hypertension;The increase blood pressure of SHR was advance gradually.
