摘要(Abstract)：

目的:探讨灯盏细辛注射液治疗老年脑梗死患者血中内皮素(ET)及一氧化氮(NO)水平的影响。方法:选择86例老年脑梗死患者,随机分为对照组(43例)和观察组(43例),所有患者均给予降压、降血糖和防止并发症等综合治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上加用灯盏细辛注射液治疗,疗程14 d;对比两组的治疗效果、血液流变学改变和血中ET及NO的变化。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为95.3%,对照组为79.1%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与治疗前比较,治疗后两组患者全血低切黏度、全血高切黏度和红细胞压积均显著降低(P<0.05),观察组下降幅度大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与治疗前比较,治疗后两组患者ET和NO均显著降低(P<0.05),观察组下降幅度大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗期间均未见明显不良反应发生。结论:灯盏细辛注射液能有效降低老年脑梗死患者血液黏度,改善血管内皮功能,保护脑细胞,具有较好的临床效果。
Objective: To investigate effect of erigeron breviscapus injection on levels of endothelin and nitric oxide of senior patients with cerebral infarction. Methods: 86 senior patients with cerebral infarction were selected and randomly divided into control group(43 cases) and observation group(43cases). All patients were given comprehensive treatment such as hypotensive,hypoglycemic and complications prevention. Patients in observation group were treated with erigeron breviscapus injection for14 days; then,compare the effect and changes of ET and NO in blood between the two groups. Results: The total effective rate in observation group was 95. 3% while 79. 1% in control group,the difference had statistical significance(P < 0. 05); the after treatment whole blood low shear viscosity,whole blood high shear viscosity and red blood cells deposited in both groups were much lower than before treatment(P < 0. 05),observation group were much lower than in control group,the differences had statistical significance; after treatment,the ET and NO in both groups were much lower than before treatment(P < 0. 05),observation group held greater margin of decrease,the difference had statistical significance(P < 0. 05); there were no obvious adverse reaction occurred during treatment. Conclusions: Erigeron breviscapus injection; found effective to reduce blood viscosity of senile cerebral infarction patients and improve endothelial function,protect brain cells function.
