MM中MUM1蛋白与诊断常见标记蛋白表达的关系The Correlation between MUM1 Protein in MM and Protein Expression of Common Markers in Diagnosis

摘要(Abstract):
目的:探讨多发性骨髓瘤基因(MUM1)蛋白与恶性黑素瘤(MM)的可溶性蛋白S100、Melan-A蛋白、Y染色体性别决定区相关高迁移率盒10蛋白(SOX10)及黑色素瘤单克隆抗体45(HMB45)蛋白表达之间的关系。方法:MM病例手术切除组织标本60例,采用免疫组化法检测MUM1、S100、Melan-A、SOX10及HMB45蛋白的表达,并分析MUM1与S100、Melan-A、SOX10及HMB45蛋白的相关性。结果:60例MM组织标本中,MUM1、S100、Melan-A、HMB45和SOX10蛋白阳性率分别为51.7%、86.66%、85.00%、93.33%和80.00%;MM组织标本中MUM1蛋白阳性表达与Melan-A蛋白的阳性表达相关有高度统计学意义(P<0.01),但与S100、SOX10、HMB45蛋白的阳性表达相关无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:MUM1蛋白可作为MM鉴别诊断的细胞免疫表型之一,对MM的诊断和鉴别诊断具有一定的价值。
Objective: To detect the expression of multiple myeloma oncogene 1(MUM1), S100, melan-A, SOX10 and HMB45 in malignant melanoma(MM), so as to discover the correlation between the expression of MUM1 and other frequently-used labelled proteins in antidiastole of MM. Methods: Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of MUM1, S100, melan-A, SOX10 and HMB45 proteins in 60 cases with MM. Results: The expression of MUM1 protein had significant difference from that of melan-A(P<0.05), but no significant difference was found in the expression of S100, SOX10 and HMB45(P>0.05). Conclusion: MUM1 protein can be an immunophenotypic in antidiastole of MM. Meanwhile, it has potential value in the diagnosis and antidiastole of MM.
