摘要(Abstract):
目的:研究磷酸二酯酶3A(PDE3A)在小鼠受精卵第1次有丝分裂中的表达。方法:采用逆转录多聚酶链式反应(RT-PCR)方法检测小鼠受精卵在第1次有丝分裂的G1、S、G2及M期,在mRNA水平PDE3A的表达。结果:在mRNA水平,PDE3A在G2、M期的表达较G1、S期明显增高。结论:小鼠受精卵中有PDE3A基因的表达;在小鼠受精卵第1次有丝分裂过程中,PDE3A在mRNA水平的表达具有阶段特异性,因而,PDE3A很可能参与对受精卵早期发育的调控。
Objective: To research the expression of phosphodiesterase 3A(PDE3A) in zygote of mouse during the first mitosis.Methods: The expression of PDE3A in mRNA level during the periods of G1,S,G2,and M of the cell cycle was examined by RT-PCR.Results: The expression of PDE3A in phases of G2 and M was significantly stronger than that in phases of G1 and S.Conclusions:(1) PDE3A expresses in one-cell stage of mouse fertilized eggs;(2) During the first mitosis of mouse zygote,the expression pattern of PDE3A is different during early stages of embryo development and shows phase specificity,which suggests the PDE3A activity could contribute to the regulation of early development of mouse fertilized egg to some extent.
