摘要(Abstract):
<正>机体细胞内DNA会受到多种因素的影响,导致其化学结构或编码特性的改变,如电离辐射、化学物质、异常代谢产物等都会导致DNA损伤,这种损伤若不能及时得到修复,就会影响机体正常活动,进而诱发一系列遗传疾病的产生。正常机体具有完善的DNA损伤修复机制,修复由各种原因导致的DNA损伤,其主要机制有两种:一种是损伤恢复(reversal of damage),即损伤直接被移除,使碱基
