脊神经脉冲射频联合腰椎间盘臭氧消融术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效Clinical Efficacy of Pulsed Radiofrequency on Spinal Nerve Combined with Ozone Ablation to Treat Lumbar Disc Herniation

摘要(Abstract):
目的:评价脊神经脉冲射频联合腰椎间盘臭氧消融术治疗腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)的疗效及安全性。方法:选择80例LDH患者均分为脊神经脉冲射频联合腰椎间盘臭氧消融术组(治疗组)及腰椎间盘臭氧消融术组(对照组),两组患者于治疗前、术后第3天、第1月、第3月、第6月时采用数字评价量表评分(NRS)评估疼痛程度、Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)评估腰椎功能、治疗6月时的治疗有效率及不良反应发生情况等。结果:治疗后各时间点与治疗前相比,两组LDH患者NRS评分和ODI评分均有降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后不同时间点两组患者之间NRS评分和ODI评分均表现为治疗组患者低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者治疗后第6月的有效率高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组LDH患者术后不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:脊神经脉冲射频联合腰椎间盘臭氧消融术提高腰椎间盘突出症疗效,且起效快、安全。
Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of pulsed radiofrequency on spinal nerve combined with ozone ablation on the treatment of lumbar disc herniation(LDH). Methods: A total of 80 patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided in treatment group(n=40, receiving pulsed radiofrequency on spinal nerve combined with ozone ablation) and control group(n=40, receiving ozone ablation). Pain intensity was evaluated with Numerical Rating Scale(NRS) before treatment and 3 day, 1 month, 3 month, 6 month after treatment, and the vertebral function was evaluated with Oswestry Dability Index(ODI) before treatment and 3 day, 1 month, 3 month, 6 month after treatment; recording the therapeutic efficiency ratio and adverse reaction occurrence. Results: Compared time points with before treatment, the NRS and ODI scores of LDH patients in each group decreased, differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The scores of NRS and ODI in the treatment group were lower than those of the control group at different time points after treatment, differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The curative efficiency of 6 th month in treatment group was higher than that of control group, differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). There was no difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions between the treatment group and the control group. Conclusion: Pulsed radiofrequency on spinal nerve combined with ozone ablation on the treatment of lumbar disc herniation can improve clinical efficacy and it is a safe.
