大鼠连续多代缺碘对子代生长发育甲状腺和神经系统的影响

摘要(Abstract):

<正> 地方性克汀病的病因和发病机制尚未充分阐明,多数学者认为地克病的发生是由于胚胎期缺碘引起甲状腺素合成障碍影响个体各系统,特别是神经和骨骼发育障碍。但是也有不少研究报告说明遗传性因素可能起着重要的作用。以上论点都是通过流行病学及家系调查分析得出的结论。为了进一步弄清这问题,我们进行了实验研究。材料与方法一.实验动物:wistar大鼠,纯育系。 1.原代大鼠:出生后八周体重110~120克。 2.子代大鼠:原代大鼠饲养12周后近亲交配得子代F_1,子代F_1近亲交配得
This paper presents a study on the role played by the genetic factors in iodine deficiency disorder of the offspring of inbred Wistar rats maintained on iodine deficient diet for subsequent 4 generations. The thyroid gland, brain and body growth of the pups of each generation were studied and compared with the control groups. The results showed that, in the test rats, the body weight and size were reduced, the thyroid gland markedly enlarged and in- tensively hyperplastic, the brain weight lightened and exhibited an increase in the cellular density and percentage of undifferentiated neuroblasts, the escape conditional reflex was more difficult to be established. The above mentiond changes followed the order in severity: F3>F2>F1. The supplement of thyroxine and iodine could not reverse the damages.
