哮喘患儿血清及痰嗜酸性细胞阳离子蛋白和肿瘤坏死因子α的水平

摘要(Abstract):

目的 :探讨嗜酸性细胞阳离子蛋白 (ECP)和肿瘤坏死因子α(TNFα)与儿童哮喘发病的关系。方法 :采用高渗盐水雾化诱导痰 ,以荧光免疫法和酶联免疫法对 30例哮喘患儿发作期及缓解期血清、诱导痰中ECP和TNFα水平进行同步检测。结果 :哮喘发作期血清ECP和TNFα水平高于缓解期血清 ,尤其诱导痰液中ECP水平的增高更明显 (P <0 .0 1) ;而且发作期ECP与TNFα水平之间存在显著正相关。结论 :两者均参与哮喘的发生发展过程 ,在哮喘发病机制中起重要作用。
Objective:To investigate the roles of eosinophil cationic protein (ECP) and tumor necrosis factor α(TNFα) in pathogenesis of asthmatic children.Methods:Induced sputum was collected with hypertonic saline ultrasonic nebulization from subjects including 30 asthmatic children in acute attack and restoration stage. The concentrations of ECP and TNFα in serum and induced sputum from all subjects were measured synchronously with immuno CAP system or enzyme linked immunosorbent assay.Results:The serum levels of ECP and TNFα in patients with asthma increased significantly during acute attack stage comparing with those in restoration stage.The induced sputum levels of ECP was significantly higher than those in all other groups.There were positive correlations between concentrations of ECP and TNFα in acute attack stage. Conclusion:ECP and TNFα may play imortant roles in mechanisms of asthma,and are associated with the development and pathological process of asthma.
