摘要(Abstract)：

目的:了解贵阳市医疗卫生信息化建设的基本情况。方法:以贵阳市全市为中心,按"网络辐射式"的研究方法随机抽取样本地区,再从样本地区抽取不同的机构运用自编问卷进行调查,调查内容包括信息机构基本情况、信息网络人员基本情况、信息网络基础建设及应用情况。结果:50家医疗卫生机构中,72.00%的机构设置了专业的信息网络部门,从事信息网络工作人员有207人,年轻人占65.22%,专业为计算机、信息类的工作人员占51.69%,55.00%的机构人员不能满足现在工作的需要;所有机构均有信息网络硬件设备,有局域网建设的单位以三级医院为主。结论:贵阳市医疗卫生信息化建设整体水平不高,主要存在人才问题,尤其是卫生信息管理类专业的复合型人才紧缺。
Objective: To investigate the current situation of medical and health informationization construction in Guiyang. Methods: Positioning Guiyang city as the center,adopting the research methods of the " network radiant" to select sample area randomly. Then choosing various organizations from sample areas to conduct survey by self-made questionnaire,investigation content including basics of information organization and staff,status of information network construction. Results: Of all the 50 medical institutions,72. 00% had professional information network department. The 207 network staff members held 65. 22% young people,with 51. 69% staff held computer or information background,while 55. 00% of the general staff could not meet the requirement of current job. All the organizations had information network facilities,and organizations holding local area network are mainly tertiary hospitals. Conclusions: Overall level of medical and health informationization construction in Guiyang is not advanced,the major problem is lack of talent,especially the inter-disciplinary talent major in health information management.
