摘要(Abstract)：

目的 :探讨急性胰腺炎发病早期肾素系统中血管紧张素Ⅱ (AⅡ )的变化。方法 :使用放射免疫分析方法 ,分别测定健康人 (16例 )、急性胰腺炎病人 (2 1例 )的血浆AⅡ水平。结果 :急性胰腺炎病人的血浆AⅡ水平较正常组显著增高 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :急性胰腺炎早期由于存在严重的血容量降低 ,可导致肾脏肾小球旁器释放肾素增加。因此 ,治疗时应早期纠正血容不足 ,以防止肾素系统的激活及血管紧张素Ⅱ水平增高 ,使胰腺缺血加剧 ,胰腺损伤加重
Objective:To analyse the change of renin angiotensin system(RAS) in patients with acute pancreatitis(AP). Methods: Radioimmunoassay was used to measure angiotensin Ⅱ(AⅡ) of healthy normal controls (16 cases) and the subjects in early phase of AP(21 cases).Results: The level of the plasma AⅡ in AP group increased(P<0.01) significantly. Conclusion: Circulatory hypovolemia in AP led the renin release increased in the kedney.
