大鼠精子顶体蛋白酶的增龄变化Age-Related Changes of Spermatozoa Acrosin of Rats

摘要(Abstract):
采用固定明胶底物薄膜法,对不同月龄大鼠精子顶体蛋白酶的活性进行检测。结果:青年组大鼠精子顶体蛋白酶活性反应阳性率高,反应出现时间早,反应晕直径大且亮度强;中年组反应阳性率低,反应时间延迟,反应晕直径小且亮度弱;老年组反应极不明显。表明大鼠随年龄的增长和机体的老化,其精子顶体蛋白酶活性逐渐降低甚至消失。
The age-related alteration of acrosin activity of spermatozoa in different ages male rats has been studied by fixed gelatin membrane method.The results showed that reaction area diameter and positive reaction rate in spermatozoa acrosin activity of presenile rats group decreased significantly as compered with young rats group,the reaction time of spermatozoa acrosin is also later appearance in presenile rats group.The active reaetion in spermatozoa acrosin of old rats was clearless extremely. Fallow the rats with increasing of age and ageing of organism,the reaction of spermatozoa acrosin activity in old rats reduced gradully even disappear.
