大脑胶质瘤病的核磁共振成像特征

摘要(Abstract):

目的:评价脑胶质瘤病的核磁共振成像(MRI)影像特征。方法:回顾性分析6例经病理证实或临床随访的大脑胶质瘤病的平扫及增强核磁共振(MR)影像资料,找出其中的特征性表现并与既往文献对照。结果:6例患者MR影像均显示双大脑半球多叶弥漫性病灶,边界不清,除1例外胼胝体均受累,1例侵犯脑干,3例侵犯外囊、基底节区。4例增强MR无明显强化效应,2例可见多发局灶性结节样及环状强化。结论:MR对诊断大脑胶质瘤病有较大价值,应作为首选。
Objective: To review the magnetic resonance (MR) features of gliomatosis cerebri (GC) and its application in the diagnosis. Methods: The MR manifestation of 6 cases of GC proven by pathological check and confirmed by following - up observation were analyzed retrospectively. The distribution and extent of lesion was assessed referring to the literatures. Results: MR revealed diffuse lesions in both hemicerebrum without distinct borders. Tumor involved at least 2 lobes of the brain in all patients, with extension to callosum in 5, brain stem in 1, and basal ganglia in 3 cases of the 6. No marked enhancement effect was found except 2 cases in which distinct multi - foci of nodal and circular enhancement were seen. Conclusion: MR examination plays an important role in detecting and localizing of GC. It can be considered as one of the optimal diagnosis means of the disease so far.
