摘要(Abstract)：

目的:观察吲哚布芬对肾衰血液透析患者动静脉内瘘术后血栓形成的预防作用。方法:将60名使用自体动静脉内瘘的维持性血液透析患者随机分为吲哚布芬组及阿司匹林组,在自体动静脉内瘘术后给予相应药物治疗12周;于术前1天及术后12周(内瘘成熟)时,检测血小板数、凝血功能及血小板集聚率,并观察两组内瘘术后瘘管通畅率、内瘘口血流量(AVFB)、内瘘成熟时间及不良反应。结果:术后第12周时,两组肾衰血透患者血小板计数、凝血功能比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组治疗后血小板聚集率均低于治疗前(P<0.05),且吲哚布芬组低于阿司匹林组(P<0.05);吲哚布芬组内瘘通畅率大于阿司匹林组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组内瘘成熟时间及AVFB差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);吲哚布芬组药物不良反应发生率低于阿司匹林组(P<0.05)。结论:吲哚布芬对肾衰血透患者动静脉内瘘血栓形成有一定的预防作用。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of indobufen in preventing thrombosis after arteriovenous internal fistula surgery in patients with hemodialysis. Methods: 60 maintenance hemodialysis patients(MHP) with autologous arteriovenous internal fistula were randomly divided into indobufen group(32 patients) and aspirin group(28 patients),who were given corresponding medicine treatment for 12 weeks after surgery. On the day before surgery and 12 weeks after surgery(fistula maturation),blood platelet count,coagulation function and platelet aggregation rate were measured.The patency rate of fistula,arteriovenous fistula blood flow(AVFB),fistula maturation time and adverse reaction were observed in two groups. Results: At twelfth week after operation,there was no statistically significant difference in platelet count and blood coagulation between the two groups(P >0. 05). After treatment,the platelet aggregation rate was significantly lower than that before treatment(P < 0. 05),while the platelet aggregation rate of indobufen group was significantly higher than that of aspirin group(P < 0. 05); The fistula patency rate was higher in indobufen group than that of aspirin group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0. 05). There was no statistically significant difference of fistula maturation time and AVFB in the two groups(P > 0. 05); The drug adverse reaction of indobufen group was lower than that of the aspirin group(P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Indobufen has a preventive effect in the prevention of arteriovenous fistula thrombosis in hemodialysis patients.
