糖尿病与高脂血症——附135例临床分析THE DIABETES AND LIPOIDEMIA

摘要(Abstract)：
对135例糖尿病病人的血脂检查结果进行了统计分析,其中高脂血症105例。105例中心血管并发症的发生率达85.7％。分析表明:血脂改变与年龄、血糖无关,与病程和性别有关。强调糖尿病的治疗除控制血糖外,还应注意降低血脂,以减少心血管并发症。
Diabetic patients complicated with lipoidemia during the past five years were analysed in 135 cases. There were 109 males and 71 females with ages ranging from 13 to 73 years, the mean age was 43 years. The result showed that the relationship between age, blood glucose and the change of lipemia was uncertain. But the change of lipemia related to sex and the course of the disease.The morbidity of cardiovascular lesion was 77.8% in lipemia patients. In treatment of diabetic patients the attention must be paicd in order to decrease lipid in bloodbesides controlling of blood glocose, which may reduce the cardiovascular complication.
