虎杖及其成方制剂微乳薄层色谱研究

摘要(Abstract):

目的:探讨微乳薄层色谱法在虎杖及其成方制剂分离鉴定中的应用。方法:以聚酰胺薄膜为固定相,SDS-正丁醇-正庚烷-水微乳液作为展开剂,采用大黄素、大黄素甲醚、大黄酚、大黄素苷、白藜芦醇及白藜芦醇苷为对照品,对虎杖及其成方制剂进行微乳薄层色谱研究。结果:以含水量为75%的微乳液-甲酸(9∶1)为展开剂,能够使虎杖及其成方制剂的定性鉴别取得满意的效果,与普通薄层色谱比较,微乳薄层色谱展出的斑点数多,分离度好。结论:本研究结果为虎杖及其成方制剂的定性鉴别提供了一种简便、准确、可靠的方法。
Objective:To investigate the application value of microemulsion thin-layer chromatograph(TLC) in identification of Rhizoma Polygoni Cuspidati and its prescription preparation.Methods:Microemulsion TLC was carried out by using polyamide thin film as stationary phase,SDS-n-butanol-n-heptane-water microemulsion as developer,and emodin,physcione,chrysophanol,emodin-8-O-β-D-glucopyranosid,resveratrol and polydatin as control articles.Results:The best developer for identifying Rhizoma Polygoni Cuspidati and its prescription preparation was microemulsion-methanol(9∶1) of which the moisture content was 75%.Conclusions:Compared with the ordinary TLC,identification with microemulsion TLC shows more spots and better resolution.These results provide a simple,accurate and reliable way to study the quality of Rhizoma Polygoni Cuspidati and its prescription preparation.
