支气管肺癌误诊肺结核分析ANALYSIS ON THE BRONCHOGENIC CARCINOMA OF LUNG MISDIAGNOSED AS PULMONARY TUBERCULOSIS

摘要(Abstract)：
本文报告支气管肺癌误诊为肺结核30例。根据本文观察,肺门、肺尖或锁骨下肺野斑片状病变、粟粒状病变、肺门或其它肺野孤立性结节、以及陈旧性肺结核病人出现持续性咳嗽和痰中带血等均是发生误诊的主要原因。本文还对支气管肺癌和肺结核的鉴别诊断作了扼要的讨论。
An analysis on 30 cases of bronchogenic carcinoma of lung misdiagnosed as pulmonary tuberculosis was reported. Mottled lesions in the hilar, apical or subclavicular regions of lung; miliary lesions; solitary nodule in the hilar or other regions of lung; and Persistent cough with blood streaked sputum in patients with old tuberculous lesions were the principal cause of misdiagnosis. The differential diagnosis of bronchogenie carcinoma of lung and pulmonary tuberculosis was briefly discussed.
