摘要(Abstract):
Objective: To investigate the infection status and regularities of distribution of HPV in Yunnan province. Methods: 34401 cases of single cervix adult women with sexual life history in Yunnan area were selected randomly to collect cervical epithelial cells. Multiplex PCR amplification and Luminex x MAP flow fluorescent hybridization genotyping technique was used to detect 27 types HPV,and the infection rates of HPV in 6 regions of Yunnan province were calculated and the regional differences of HPV analyzed. Results: A total of 4262 cases were detected as HPV positive. The infection rate was highest in Baoshan( 17. 4%) and lowest in Qujing( 10. 8%). The differences of HPV infection rate between Zhaotong,Qujing and Baoshan,Honghe,and Kunming were statistically significant( P < 0. 05); and the differences of HPV infection rate between Baoshan and Wenshan were statistically significant( P < 0. 05). There were 3421 cases of single subtype infection( 9. 9%),658 cases of mixed infection of two subtypes( 1. 9%),and 184 cases of mixed infection of three subtypes or above( 0. 5%). There was no significant difference between the different regions( P > 0. 05). Conclusion:The HPV infection rate was high in the border areas and the developed areas of Yunnan province,and there was no difference between regions in HPV single subtype and mixed subtypes infection.
