魔芋降脂方对肥胖小鼠体质量及血脂的影响Application of Konjac Lipid-lowering Recipe in Simple Obesity

摘要(Abstract):
目的:观察魔芋降脂方对肥胖小鼠体质量以及血脂的影响。方法:60只雌雄各半KM小鼠,对照组16只小鼠普通饲料喂养12周,其余44只小鼠作为造模组高脂饲料喂养12周,根据血清甘油三脂(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平及体质量判断肥胖模型是否建立成功,将造模成功的小鼠分为模型组及魔芋降脂方低、中、高剂量组,魔芋降脂方各剂量组灌胃给药,每日1次,连续4周,模型组及对照组给予等量蒸馏水灌胃;观察干预前后各组小鼠的体质量,眼眶及心脏取血检测血清TC、TG、LDL-C及HDL-C水平。结果:造模小鼠进行12周高脂饲料喂养后,造模组小鼠的体质量、TC、TG、HDL-C高于对照组(P<0.01),体质量变化大于对照组(P<0.01),表明模型建立成功;与模型组相比,魔芋降脂方各剂量组小鼠体质量及血清TC、TG及LDL-C水平明显降低(P<0.01);与低剂量组相比,中剂量组及高剂量组小鼠的体质量及血清TC、TG、LDL-C水平明显下降(P<0.05);与中剂量组相比,高剂量组小鼠的体质量及血清TC、TG、LDL-C水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:魔芋降脂方具有明显的降低血脂及减轻体质量的作用。
Objective: To observe the effect of Konjac lipid-lowering recipe on body weight and blood lipids in obese mice, and to provide theoretical basis for the development of natural weight loss products made by hypolipidemic drugs like Konjac. Methods: Sixty KM mice, half male and half female, were randomly divided into 5 groups: the blank group, the model group, the low-dose group, the medium-dose group, and the high-dose group. Each group was intragastrically administered with Konjac lipid-lowering recipe once a day. 4 weeks later, the body weight of each group was observed and serum was taken for blood triglyceride(TG), total cholesterol(TC), low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C), and high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C). Results: Compared with the model group, the body weight of each dose group was significantly lower, and the TG of all dose groups was lower, and the difference was significant(P<0.01); the TC and LDL-C decreased significantly in each dose group(P<0.01). And HDL-C was not significantly lower than that in the normal control group. Compared with the low-dose group, the body weight changes and blood lipids in the middle-dose and high-dose groups decreased significantly(P<0.05). There was no obvious difference in body weight and blood lipids between the high-dose group and the middle-dose group(P>0.05). Conclusion: Konjac lipid-lowering recipe has obvious effects of lowering blood lipids and reducing body weight.
