摘要(Abstract)：

目的:探讨基质金属蛋白酶MMP-2、MMP-9及组织抑制因子TIMP-1、TIMP-2在子宫内膜异位症(EMT)患者血清及腹腔液中的表达及意义。方法:选取行腹腔镜术EMT患者40例及同期行腹腔镜术非EMT患者40例作为研究对象,采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法测定两组患者MMP-2、MMP-9及TIMP-1、TIMP-2在血清和腹腔液中的表达,同时比较EMT不同分期患者血清及腹腔液中MMP-2、MMP-9及TIMP-1、TIMP-2。结果:EMT组患者血清及腹腔液中MMP-2、MMP-9表达水平显著高于非EMT组(P<0.05),EMT组TIMP-1、TIMP-2的表达水平显著低于非EMT组(P<0.05);随临床EMT分期的增加MMP-2、MMP-9表达水平相应升高,Ⅲ~Ⅳ期显著高于Ⅰ~Ⅱ期(P<0.05);而TIMP-1、TIMP-2的表达水平随EMT临床分期增高而降低,Ⅲ~Ⅳ期显著低于Ⅰ~Ⅱ期(P<0.05)。结论:MMP-2、MMP-9的高表达与TIMP-1、TIMP-2的低表达,可能参与EMT的发生与发展过程。
Objective: To explore the expressions of MMP-2,MMP-9,TIMP-1,and TIMP-2 in the serum and peritoneal fluid in patients with endometriosis( EMT) and their clinical significance. Methods: A total of 40 patients with EMT for laparoscopy and 40 patients with non-EMT for laparoscopy at the same period were enrolled in the study. The double-antibody sandwich ELISA was used to detect the expressions of MMP-2,MMP-9,TIMP-1,and TIMP-2 in the serum and peritoneal fluid. Meanwhile,the expressions of MMP-2,MMP-9,TIMP-1,and TIMP-2 in the serum and peritoneal fluid in patients with EMT at different stages were compared. Results: The expression levels of MMP-2 and MMP-9 in the serum and peritoneal fluid in EMT group were significantly higher than those in the nonEMT group( P < 0. 05). The expression levels of TIMP-1 and TIMP-2 in EMT group were significantly lower than those in the non-EMT group( P < 0. 05). With the increasing clinical staging of EMT,the expression levels of MMP-2 and MMP-9 were correspondingly elevated while the expression levels of TIMP-1 and TIMP-2 were reduced with the increasing clinical staging of EMT. Specifically,the expression levels of MMP-2 and MMP-9 at stage Ⅲ ~ Ⅳ were significantly higher than those at stage Ⅰ~ Ⅱ( P < 0. 05) while the expression levels of TIMP-1 and TIMP-2 at stage Ⅲ ~ Ⅳ were significantly lower than those at stage Ⅰ ~ Ⅱ( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: The high expressions of MMP-2 and MMP-9 and low expressions of TIMP-1 and TIMP-2 are probably involved in the genesis and development of EMT.
