摘要(Abstract)：

目的:观察莲菊感冒胶囊对大鼠长期给药可能产生的毒性反应,为临床应用提供毒理学依据。方法:取88只Wistar大鼠,随机分为莲菊感冒胶囊高、中、低剂量组(以生药计分别为2.5、1.25、0.625 g/kg)和对照组,给药组连续给药13周,对照组给等容量蒸馏水;观察两组大鼠的一般状况、体重、摄食量,测定第13周及给药组大鼠停药后2周的血液生化指标,脏器系数、解剖学及病理组织学改变。结果:莲菊感冒胶囊各组动物一般状况良好,体重增长、脏器系数、血常规、血液生化指标、解剖学和主要脏器的病理组织学检查均正常,与对照组比较无明显差异。结论:莲菊感冒胶囊在临床剂量范围内毒性小,使用安全。
Objective: To observe long-term toxicity of Lianju Ganmao Capsule,so as to provide toxicological basis for clinical medication.Methods: Eighty-eight Wistar rats were randomly divided into 4 groups(22 in each).Groups H,M,L were orally given high,moderate,or low dosages(2.5,1.25,and 0.625 g/kg) of Lianju Ganmao Capsule respectively,and control group(group C) were given distilled water instead.The experiment was carried out for 13 consecutive weeks.General conditions,body weight and food intake of rats were observed.Haematological and biochemistry parameters,organ coefficient and histomorphological changes were determined in 13 weeks of the experiment and in 2 weeks after drug withdrawal.Results: All the indexes mentioned above were normal in groups H,M,and L during and after the experiment.There was no significant difference between experimental groups and control group.Conclusion: Lianju Ganmao Capsule has no immediate or delayed toxicity in long-term administration on rats when the dosage is in clinical range,and is safe for use.
