摘要(Abstract)：

目的 :探讨老年糖尿病伴高血压患者血尿酸水平及其与血脂、血糖水平的关系。方法 :测定 32例糖尿病合并高血压患者的血尿酸及血脂、血糖水平 ,并与 2型糖尿病组 (4 6例 )及正常对照组 (30例 )的检测结果进行比较。结果 :(1)糖尿病合并高血压组的血尿酸、血脂、血糖水平均显著高于正常对照组 (P <0 0 1) ;(2 )糖尿病合并高血压组与糖尿病组相比 ,血尿酸、总胆固醇、甘油三酯水平有高度显著性差异 (P <0 0 1) ;余指标则无明显差异 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 :高尿酸血症可加重糖尿病伴高血压患者的临床症状及血糖、血脂代谢紊乱
Objective:To study the relationship between blood uric acid levels and blood lipid levels and blood glucose levels in senile diabetic patients with hypertension.Methods:Blood uric acid levels,blood lipid levels and blood glucose levels were measured in 32 diabetic patients with hypertension,then these data were compared with the data which came from 46 type 2 DM patients and 30 normal control subjects.Results:(1)The blood uric acid levels,blood lipid levels and blood glucose levels in the diabetic patients with hypertension were significantly higher than those in the normal control subjects (P<0 01).(2)The blood uric acid levels, total cholesterol and triglyceride in the diabetic patients with hypertension were significantly different from those of DM patients (P<0 01).The other indexes had no significant differences (P>0.05). Conclusion:Hyperuricemia can make the clinical symptom of diadetic patient with hypertension worse and aggravate the disorder in metabolism of blood glucose and blood lipid.
