民办学校学生卫生习惯健康教育干预研究The Research of Hygiene Health Education Intervention in Private Schools

摘要(Abstract):
目的:探讨在民办学校中开展不同类型卫生习惯健康教育干预的效果。方法:将贵阳市3所民办小学5、6年级266名小学生随机分为3组,Ⅰ组仅发放卫生习惯知识宣传资料让学生自行阅读,Ⅱ组仅通过上卫生习惯知识健康教育课进行干预,Ⅲ组结合上课和发放宣传资料两种教育方式干预,计算并比较干预前后学生卫生习惯知识知晓率和卫生习惯行为正确率。结果:Ⅲ组学生的卫生习惯知识知晓率、行为正确率较Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组均有所提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);其中Ⅲ组学生卫生习惯提高幅度最大,知识知晓率和行为正确率分别提高了21.32%和23.30%;其次为Ⅱ学生,分别提高了16.20%和19.89%;而Ⅰ组学生提高幅度最小,分别提高了9.08%和9.20%。结论:贵阳市民办小学高年级学生卫生习惯健康教育干预效果较好,尤以上课结合发放宣传资料的干预效果为佳。
Objective: To investigate the effect of different hygiene health education methods in private school. Methods: Take the stratified cluster random sampling method,only upper grade students in three private primary schools in Guiyang as the research objects,and randomly set up three intervention groups,use the different ways( reading,class and reading combine with class) to educate the dietary knowledge in intervention group,then analyzing the effect of diet health education. Results: After the health education intervention,the rates of health habits knowledge,behavior accuracy in intervention groups both improved,especially the intervention group that take the way of combine class and issuing publicity materials,the rates of health habits knowledge and behavior accuracy increased by21. 32% and 23. 30% respectively; the class group follow,the rates are increased by 16. 20 % and19. 89% respectively; the least is reading group,the rates are increased by 9. 08% and 9. 20% respectively,differences are statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: The effect of senior student hygiene health education intervention in Guiyang private primary school are significant,especially in classroom propaganda education combine with issue publicity materials has the most significant effect,which should be spreaded.
