摘要(Abstract)：

目的：探讨风湿性心脏病并发房颤的临床特点，为临床治疗提供指导。方法：对１０６例风湿性心脏病（风心病）并发房颤病人与同期８９例风心病窦性心律病人（对照组）的临床资料及彩色多普勒超声心动图资料进行对比分析。结果：房颤组较对照组年龄大、病程长、左房内径及右室内径大、左室壁较厚、瓣膜钙化多、继发性三尖瓣关闭不全例数多、发生脑栓塞例数多，两组差别具有统计学意义。结论：为改善风心病并发房颤患者的预后，对上述临床特点应予以足够重视，并采取更积极的措施防治房颤。
Seventy five cases dentin bridge samples were studied under TEM. Fibroblasts were considerable cells compared with normal control. Ultrastructure findings showed that the fibroblasts were the most cells and they seemly changed into osteoblasts or odontoblasts under the bone formational factor stimulation. The authors suggest that BMP and vitamin C are considerable clinically.
