汉丹肝乐对小鼠急性肝损伤的保护作用Protective Effect of Han-Dan-Gan-Le on Acute Liver Injury in Mice

摘要(Abstract):
中药复方胶囊剂汉丹肝乐 (Han -Dan -Gan -De)灌胃给药 ,可使四氯化碳 (CCl4)及D -氨基半乳糖胺 (D -Gal)所致的急性肝损伤小鼠血清丙氨酸转氨酶 (ALT)、碱性磷酸酶 (AKP)活性及丙二醛 (MDA)含量明显下降 ,并使肝糖原含量明显增加。提示汉丹肝乐具有保护小鼠急性肝损伤的作用
A treatment of Chinese medical compound, Han-Dan-Gan-Le(0.3 g/kg,0 6 g/kg,1.2 g/kg,ig×7 d),significantly decreased liver injury induced by CCl 4 and D Galactosamine(D-Gal) in mice. Han-Dan-Gan-Le inhibited the increase of serum alanine aminotransferase(ALT), alkaline phosphatase(AKP) and malondialdehyde(MDA) and increased hepatic glycogen content, suggesting that it could protect liver from injury induced by CCl 4 and D-Gal.
