人和小鼠抑癌因子分子量等物化性质比较
Comparative Study of Physicochemical Characteristics Between Human and Mouse Cancer Suppressive Factor

摘要(Abstract):

应用SDS聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术研究了人和小鼠抑癌因子的分子量等物化性质。结果显示,4种人癌的抑癌因子都呈均一区带,其相对迁移率均为036,分子量范围在12000左右。2种小鼠癌的抑癌因子也为均一区带,相对迁移率为056,分子量约4000。提示人和小鼠的抑癌因子分子可能均由一条肽链组成。
The physicochemical characteristics of human Cancer Suppressive Factor(CSF)and mouse CSF were studied by the application of SDS PAGE. The results showed that the relative mobility of CSF of four human cancers was all 0 36. The purified human CSF was homogenous according to the criteria of SDS PAGE. The molecular weight was approximately 12 000 . The relative mobility of two moues cancers was all 0 56. The molecular weight was approximately 4 000 . The purified mouse CSF also was homogeneous according to the criteria of SDS PAGE. The experimental results showed that human and mouse CSF was monochain peptide, and the molecular of human CSF was different from that of mouse CSF.
