腹股沟区睾丸静脉转流术的临床解剖学Clinic Anatomy of Testicular Vein Shunt in Inquinal Region

摘要(Abstract)：
对成人尸体50侧腹股沟区的睾丸静脉、腹壁下静脉、旋髂深静脉、髂外静脉等的局部位置关系及诸血管的体表投影进行解剖观测。本区有可供睾丸静脉转流术3条相互毗邻的供血管,因此具有较大应用选择灵活性。本文设计了经腹股沟管睾丸静脉转流术和经腹股沟区腹膜后睾丸静脉转流术两种外科手术入路,阐述和讨论了各入路的临床解剖要点。
Fifty sides of inquinal region of adult cadavers were dissected. Testicular, inferior epigastric, deep circumflex iliac, and external iliac veins were mea- sured and observation was made on their topography, and the surface projection of the vessels. As a donor, one of three veins in the inguinal region could freely be selec- ted for vascular anastomosis to the testicular vein. The inferior epigastric vein, or deep circumflex iliac vein, there was a similar caliber to the testi- cular vein, and they were suitable for vascular end-end anastomosis to testi- cular vein. In the external iliac vein, it was appropriate for vascular end-side anastomosis. Based on the topography, two approaches to surgery of the testicular vein shunt were suggested. One of which was approaching through the inquinal canal, and the other one, through extraperitoneal approach. The important points of surgical anatomy of the approaches were stated and discussed.
