摘要(Abstract)：
本文介绍了测定药物半数致死量的寇氏法及概率单位法计算程序。应用 BASIC语言在 APPLE 机上汉字显示,具有直观、步骤清楚、操作方便、通俗易懂、操作中不需要记忆任何代码符号等特点。经多次试用运行良好,计算结果准确,大大提高了工作效率,具有推广价值。
This paper reports the use of program of microcomputer in calculting the median lethal dose of drug.It is to mark the calculation of median lethal dose (LD_(50)) of drug with the Karber and least soure method.This program is more accurate,objective and rapid.The advantages of this method were confirmed by practical application.
